Dear Friend of Special Olympics and Valued Partner of NU:
Northeast Utilities and Connecticut Light & Power will be holding
our 10th Annual Special Olympics Connecticut Golf Tournament at the Lake of Isles Golf Course,
in North Stonington, Connecticut on Monday, September 19, 2011. Additionally, the 5th Annual “Texas Holdum’
Poker Tournament” will be held on Sunday, September 18, 2011, hosted by actress
Susan St. James. To date, this annual
sellout event has raised just short of $500,000 to support Special Olympics
initiatives throughout Connecticut.
I am requesting your consideration of support for these events. We are in need of premium prizes for our
raffle. Any donation would be greatly
appreciated. Some essential items we are
